Not Professional Photography Advice

ibexel Photo Service is a photo hosting and API platform provided for the purpose of storing, organizing, and serving photographs. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional photography advice, legal counsel regarding image rights, or guidance on intellectual property matters. The information and metadata presented by this application should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your individual circumstances.

EXIF Metadata and Image Information

EXIF metadata, image dimensions, file sizes, and other technical information displayed within this application are extracted automatically from your uploaded files and are provided for informational purposes only. They may not be complete or accurate for all image formats. In particular:

• EXIF data depends on what your camera or editing software embeds in the image file
• GPS coordinates, if present, are extracted as-is from the EXIF data; you are responsible for ensuring you are comfortable with any location data embedded in your photos
• Image dimensions and file sizes are reported as detected; different software may report slightly different values
• Not all image formats or camera models may be fully supported for EXIF extraction

We recommend verifying critical metadata independently before relying on it for professional or legal purposes.

Photo Storage and Availability

While we endeavour to provide reliable storage and delivery of your photos, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to your files. Photos stored using our managed S3 storage are subject to the availability and terms of Amazon Web Services. If you use your own S3 bucket ("customer" storage type), you are responsible for the configuration, availability, and backup of your storage. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of all original image files.

Accuracy of Your Uploads

You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of any photos and metadata you upload to ibexel Photo Service. The application organizes and serves your files based on the filename patterns and metadata you provide. Any errors in filenames, variant labelling, or file organization will affect how your content is displayed and served via the API. We accept no liability for issues arising from incorrectly named, formatted, or organized uploads.

No Warranty

This application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we endeavour to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information and services provided.
